Scope of Work – Migrate documents and index information from LaserFiche to Content Manager. Our task was to generate an application/script process to be transferred to the university’s in-house computer services department. Our service commitment could be applicable for 50,000 records exceeding 1.5 million records.

Scope of Work – Provide VTE project management for State Transit System by acting as liaison between State and FTA for VTE project. Provide grant-related documentation, technical support, RA and ROI, goal development, procurement specifications, and project logistics.

Client Sector – FORTUNE 500 Energy Services Company
Scope of Work – Rollout services for conversion of PC workstations at company business and plant locations (including nuclear facility), in preparation for a regulatory application. PCs were updated with latest version of Microsoft operating and business software.
